We’re an independent video games developer and publisher. We work on both internal IPs as well as AAA projects with partners around the world. Some of the titles we've worked on are Torchlight 3, Final Fantasy XV, Street Fighter, and many more.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
We are looking for a Product Manager that has a passion for games technology and an ability to apply it to other fields of tech. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify problems and propose bespoke technical solutions to them.
Engage with clients in meetings to gather information and present solutions and proposals
Work with clients both internally and externally to identify and define product problems and propose solutions with an eye on scalability, speed-to-market, and reusability
Work closely with the development team to analyze and prepare proposals for potential products
Documenting out product briefs and defining success for internal team and external clients, ensuring that both teams are aligned on expectations throughout the development lifecycle
Present and articulate design decisions, concepts, and trade-offs verbally, visually, or through rapid prototypes to internal and external stakeholders
Scope out and cost solution products with the Tech Lead and General Manager
Conduct market and user research to identify similar/competing products, user preferences, and analyze results
Work with the development team to create prototypes and test user acceptance
Coordinate projects and manage clients at the high level with Tech Lead and General Manager
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Prior experience as a Product Designer, Product Owner, Solutions Architect, UI Designer or similar role
Good knowledge of the Unity engine and the Unity product ecosystem
Time and team management skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Hands on experience using visualization/design tools such as Miro, Tableu, Figma, etc
What is important for us in a person?
Experience designing/developing for AR and VR platforms (HoloLens, Oculus Quest, etc.) is a big plus
