Product Manager

We are CM Games, an independent game developer. The company was founded in 2010 and is based in Tallinn. We created a new genre of mobile games and became a globally recognized studio. More than 400 million players have already discovered games published by Creative Mobile. Our mission is to give them an enjoyable experience and be home to world-class talent.

Now we are looking for a Product Manager with solid game design skills to join our team. Warmasters is a mobile turn-based strategy game with 4X elements that provides an endless number of fast-paced battles to win and respects players’ time. It is a product for strategy and tactical game lovers who want to challenge their minds.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• work with a cross-functional team to develop a free-to-play mobile TBS game, currently in the MVP stage;

• communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information about their needs;

• identify opportunities, problems, and challenges; take ownership and seek solutions using a testing and budget-oriented approach;

• strive to achieve a great user experience in an efficient and effective way by quickly adjusting to results;

• define the research needed to evaluate possible solutions and the analysis to measure their effectiveness;

• work with other PMs to define scope, plans, strategy, and efficient and effective game design solutions; align the team around a cohesive product roadmap;

• cooperate with other departments to access their expertise, make informed decisions, achieve efficient execution and smooth delivery.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• extensive experience in game development;

• deep knowledge of Turn-Based Strategy games and an understanding of the needs and desires of the regular players of this genre;

• experience working on products in the early stages using a lean approach, short iterations, data analysis and player feedback;

• proven track record in defining and launching excellent products;

• fluent English.
