What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Product marketing strategy and execution for existing games, as well as launching new ones in the market;
Build marketing and business plans for dedicated games. Calculate, monitor and report key business metrics per game;
Develop product store page (App Store/Google Play) based on target audience;
Develop and handle SMM strategy for the games;
Manage in-app purchases strategy for the games, decide on pricing policy, plan promotional strategy, sales, discounts and in-game liveOps events;
Manage creative and promo content (LiveOps, popups, etc.) from ideation to execution. Work with Creative Team to plan and deliver creatives;
Cooperate with Product Management on the product side. Define localisation scope and project-specific requirements;
Determinate cross-promotional strategies, calculate success indicators, monitor implementation and performance, maintain promo-creatives process;
Provide insights & recommendations on markets, users, product, etc.;
Define and CRM/notification strategy to drive customer growth and retention;
Vital marketing metrics tracking, analysis and reporting;
Mobile marketing R&Ds;
Cooperate with Design, User Acquisition, Production and ASO teams in order to maximise product profits by any means
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 3 years of experience in mobile marketing or UA on the Apple App Store and/or Google Play;
Understanding of the mobile marketing, advertising, apps and games monetization;
Deep understanding of marketing metrics: CTR, ROI, eCPM, CPI, CPA, etc.;
Expertise in a large pool of channels (paid social, paid search, influence-marketing, email, partnership, etc.) will be a plus
