Project Art Lead

Now we are looking for a Project Art Lead to make our company even stronger.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Action, Role-playing, Strategy, Sports, Shooter, Casual, Arcade, Fighting, MMO
• Platforms: PC, Mobile, Browser

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Control and construction of project art flow (transfer of materials, control of compliance with workflow, communication with other departments on the project)

• Styling vector constructions, mood boards, and product concept development. Forming a vision and coordinating it with the client

• Issuing and accepting art tasks. Drawing up a technical description.

• Support and maintenance of the art team assigned to the project (overpaints, feedback)

• Estimation of project tasks

• Communication with other departments

• Writing project documentation

• Support of the project at the stage of testing/review of builds

• Quality control and adherence to the style of the project

• Implementation of project tasks: Creation of concepts, sketches, development of UX, polishing and improvement of the current work done

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Knowledge of Photoshop

• Basic knowledge of 3D editors and Unity

• Knowledge of the basics of animation and the process of its creation (Spine and 3D)

• Technical knowledge of implementation and transfer of materials for the game engine

• Experience in the development of Casual Games, 3D Games, experience with Mobile Game Development
