Now we’re actively working on the project:

Mobile RPG, AAA level. The project is already in development, a release is planned for 2022.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Team management;

• Planning, staging, coordination, and assessment of the load/work of the team (development, testing, work with requirements);

• Monitoring and control of work performance, hitting the deadline and budget;

• Release and iteration planning;

• Project documentation and reporting;

• Monitoring and risk management;

• Communication with the customer.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Working experience on the same position at least 2 years;

• Excellent understanding of SDLC for mobile games;

• Deep knowledge in software development methodology (Agile);

• Excellent skills in communication with business stakeholders and project teams;

• A clear understanding of how all aspects of project production work and how complete each task in the best way;

• Experience in managing the team on different stages of the project life cycle (understanding the goals for each of the stages, tools);

• Skills of maintaining project documentation;

• Experience working in Jira;

• English level — Upper-Intermediate.

Will be a plus:

• Technical background.
