Klabater is an independent video game developer and publisher based in Warsaw, Poland. We invest in independent productions increasing their scale, we support studios in the area of production, marketing, and sales activities. Our portfolio includes ambitious independent games such as We. The Revolution, Help Will Come Tomorrow as well as more mass-market productions such as Heliborne or Crossroads Inn.

• Schedule & provide regular status reports of the projects

• Provide feedback on priorities, objectives, and expectations

• Track performance of the team members

• Manage resources and time, control budget and scope of projects to ensure project delivery is in line with the requirements of the company

• Take ownership of sprint meetings, weekly/daily tasking, and tracking status

• Contribute to a positive work environment and encourage team members to work with soft: Jira, Trello, Google Sheets

• Deep knowledge of various project management techniques and approaches (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
