Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Publishing Producer for our client, a publisher of hybrid-casual games. The company connects game developers and helps them quickly test their projects on a live audience, develop the game, and release it to the market.
As a Publishing Producer, interacting with project and publishing teams, you will manage content updates and optimize production processes of released games to achieve the set KPIs and commercial success of the game.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Define the long-term strategy for the game's development and plan content updates.
Oversee the feature and event development process from the beta stage to launch, ensuring their optimization to achieve KPIs.
Work within an agile, cross-functional team, closely collaborating with marketing to achieve the best results.
Evaluate game performance using game analytics, industry data, and internal tools to improve metrics.
Seek solutions that positively impact retention, engagement, and monetization.
Analyze competitors and market trends that affect the game’s success and respond promptly to changes.
Keep stakeholders informed about the game’s status and future plans.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience as a Producer or Product Manager with released online/multiplayer casual, mid-core, or hybrid-casual games with in-app monetization.
Interest in understanding player preferences, improving their experience, and finding methods to increase retention and monetization.
Analytical skills and experience working with data.
Understanding of monetization and LiveOps.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Critical thinking.
