QA engineer (UI)

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 250+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Our team is composed of creative professionals who work very hard to deliver a high-quality gaming project to major consoles. Responsibilities:

• Writing and updating test documentation (test cases);

• Working with documentation and Figma;

• Communication with the team (game designers, developers, and QA);

• Logging and validating issues in Jira;

• Conducting regression testing and verifying functionality after changes are implemented;

• Assessing and improving user interface testing processes.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• mid-level and above experience (3+ years);

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and testing approaches;

• Advanced analytical skills, attentiveness, and responsibility;

• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset;

• Understanding of core gameplay mechanics and interface elements such as menus, HUD, inventory, control systems, etc.;

• Experience with Unreal Engine.

What is important for us in a person?

• Experience with UI automated testing;

• Experience with tools and software used for testing video games, such as game consoles and emulators;

• Passion for football.
