QA Manager

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 300+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for a QA Manager for the gameplay QA teams (CoreGameplay, AI Assist, DevArt, DMS).

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure a high level of game quality.

• Managing the QA team, including recruitment, training and development of staff.

• Collaborating with development, game design and support teams to ensure processes are consistent and efficient.

• Monitor testing processes and provide regular reports on testing status and results.

• Implementing improvements to testing processes and technologies to improve efficiency.

• Manage game quality risks and develop strategies to minimize them.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in testing and quality assurance in the gaming industry for AAA games for 5 years (at least 2 years in QA Lead/Manager position)

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools

• Knowledge of approaches to developing QA strategies and implementing them in test plans

• Strong knowledge of black and white box test design techniques

• Experience in Continuous Improvement Process organization and change implementation

• Excellent management and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and prepare compelling reports.

• Strong football knowledge and love for football games.

What is important for us in a person?

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5

• Knowledge of English to communicate with international teams and read technical documentation.
