For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various game development roles

• Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers

• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience

• Cultivate and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in the gaming industry

• Strong knowledge of the gaming industry and its talent requirements

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Strong proficiency in English, at least at a B2 level
