Providing high-level support for the Compensation & Benefits (Rewards) function for the Aristocrat APAC and India (Rest of World) region, as well as participating as a member of the Global Compensation Team and leading Compensation projects that impact across the global and regional business.
What You’ll Do
Facilitating the delivery of all Compensation & Benefits activities as a member of the global and regional team, including participating in key annual programs, including salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, benefit planning, vendor relationship management, and/or other services, across the Group.
Working with Executive Management groups to build and implement Compensation & Benefits solutions in line with business strategy.
Leading analysis of compensation programs, including modelling to develop solutions that fit business requirements.
Liaising with subject matter experts within the broader People and Culture function (e.g., Recruitment, Learning and Development, Systems and Shared Services, etc.) to provide consultancy and advice within the business unit or corporate client group.
Contributing to identifying and delivering long-term strategies within the Compensation & Benefits environment.
Providing interpretation and counsel to Executive Management and business leaders regarding Compensation & Benefits policies, programs, and practices.
Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve strategic and practical Compensation & Benefits business issues.
Developing, identifying, and implementing new Compensation & Benefits policies, practices, and programs to meet organisational needs.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Some Consulting/account management experience is desirable.
Stakeholder management, navigation, and negotiation between divergent priorities.
Working within a matrix team environment with experience in team building, consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Exceptional analytical skills and project management experience.
Expert knowledge of Compensation & Benefits theory and best practices.
Strategic business knowledge and understanding.
Strong relationship management and influencing skills, and Business partnering capability.
Excellent communication skills and highly service-oriented.
Knowledge of current Compensation and employment legislation
Ability to interact at an executive/strategic level
Proficient with financial reporting and interpretation
Experience working with a global company, across multiple jurisdictions/markets, with a matrix and center of excellence structure.
