For which tasks (responsibilities)?
2+ years of experience as Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Scrum theory and Agile principles
Leadership, communication and facilitation skills
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
Ability to create an environment for self-organization
Will be a plus:
Scrum Master certification
Technical background (QA/Developer/BA)
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Ensure that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules
Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality;
Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to maintaining the product backlog;
Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
Addition to that you will be responsible for:
Team reports management
Help in starting communities of practice
Events organization for teams
