For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Take ownership of creating high-quality 2D art assets in collaboration with game designers and developers using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Develop and present concept art, sketches, and storyboards to communicate and refine design ideas
Prepare and deliver production-ready assets for animation, including slicing and export optimization
Maintain and expand knowledge of 3D tools (Blender) to support pipeline needs and grow professionally
Ensure that all art assets are optimized for performance on mobile devices without compromising visual quality
Mentor and support junior and mid-level artists, providing constructive feedback and supporting their growth
Contribute to defining, maintaining, and evolving the project’s visual style, including creating and updating style guides and documentation
Collaborate closely with game designers, UI/UX specialists, and developers to ensure a cohesive and engaging visual experience
Demonstrate strong ownership and proactive problem-solving within the 2D Artist team
What kind of professional are we looking for?
5+ years of experience creating 2D art for mobile casual games or other digital products
Outstanding drawing and painting skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling in casual mobile gaming
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Blender) and openness to contribute to 3D workflows where needed
Deep understanding of current trends, player expectations, and best practices in mobile game art and design
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in spoken and written English (B2+ level)
Nice to have:
Experience with animation or motion graphics
Knowledge of AI tools
Experience designing for international audiences
