Senior 3D Animator

 And we are looking for a talented Senior 3D Animator to join our team!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Reporting to the Lead 2D\3D Animator, our Senior 3D Animator will have the following main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire 3d animation pipeline of the studio and technical final quality of the animations;

• Creation of technical documentation;

• Task estimation and respect of deadlines;

• Animation team members recruitment and evaluation;

• Daily management of the environment art team: control of  the progress,  art research and development, technology and quality improvement;

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as senior or lead in 3d character animation design for casual games;

• Familiar with character animation technical setup: skeletal system, bones, rigging, skinning

• Able to create natural and smooth animation in Pixar style for characters, creatures, 3d objects, and props;

• Experience in storyboarding for characters and cut scenes;

• Portfolio with high-quality examples of 3d animation cartoonish art;

• Familiarity with 3ds Max, Maya animation module

• Experience in leading a team

• Deep understanding of game production processes and workflows

• Spoken and written English (Intermediate or higher).

Bonus points:

• Familiarity with VFX modules;

• Understanding of acting techniques, cinematography, camera movement;

• Experience in 3d modeling and texturing;

• Experience in 2d animation and/or spine animation

• Knowledge of basic set design principles and light design;

• Passion for SLG games and experience in creating them.
