For which tasks (responsibilities)?

1. Design and develop Arcade Idle games with ARPG elements

2. Create and balance game systems (progression, rewards, monetization)

3. Collaborate with the team to implement and refine game mechanics

4. Define content for core and meta game aspects

5. Prototype and iterate based on feedback and data

6. Playtest and ensure features are fun, understandable, and enjoyable for players

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Required Skills

1. 5+ years of experience in game design, focusing on Idle / Arcade Idle / ARPG games

2. Strong experience on game mechanics, balance, and player progression

3. Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and school math skills

4. Knowledge of design principles and player psychology

Preferred Skills

1. Basic skills in Unity Editor

2. Understanding of statistics and analytics
