Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced Senior Level Artist for one of our clients, an enthusiastic young, motivated and passionate team who share the goal of making the best online MMO Sandbox on mobile devices.

Team size and structure?


For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Close cooperation with art-producer, 3D artists, concept-artists, technical artists, game designers and level designers in order to create high-quality locations and environment objects.

  • Creation of 3D scenes of project exteriors and interiors, including various biomes (city, industrial, natural areas), creating terrain, filling scenes with content, setting up materials and light, creating the necessary atmosphere.

  • Creation of Hi/Lo models of props and natural objects in accordance with the concepts and technical restrictions.

  • Creation of texture maps for PBR (Albedo, Metallic/ Roughness/ AO, Emission, Color-mask).

  • Design, implementation, and support of the environment development pipeline and related technical documentation.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Level Artist in the game industry.

  • Deep knowledge one of the 3D packages (3ds max, Maya, Blender).

  • Excellent texturing skills (Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop).

  • Advanced use of Unity3D editor.

  • Understanding of 3D content optimization for game engines on mobile platforms.

  • Excellent knowledge of composition, coloristics and lighting.

  • Basic architectural knowledge.

  • Ability to feel proportions, read concepts.

  • Good skills in working with UV-composition.

  • Understanding of PBR pipeline.

  • Passion for games and knowledge of the gaming industry.

  • Portfolio required.

Will be a plus

  • Art education.

  • Skills in ZBrush.

  • Shader prototyping experience (Amplify Shader Editor or Unity Shader Graph).

  • Landscape generation experience (World Machine, Houdini, Vue).

  • Experience with version control systems (Git/SVN).
