We've completed the global launch of our game Roger That!, which is showing some ambitious metrics, and we're looking for a Senior Level Designer to work on it. If you've got lots of experience working on farming games or other projects with expedition-based mechanics, you could be the perfect person for the job!
You'll have a chance to work on a project with a rich toolset and influence the product's overall quality. On top of that, our cross-product exchanges, mentoring, conferences, and experienced coworkers will give your career a real shot in the arm.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Design unique and interesting levels that conform to the game's general concept and style
Write documentation and fine-tune expeditions
Work with other specialists (developers, artists, narrative designers)
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least two years of experience designing levels for expedition-based games or similar
Experience creatively designing levels and an understanding of the basics of composition
Experience adjusting game balance and content consumption speed
Deep familiarity with games that feature expedition-based mechanics
Intermediate English or higher

The selection process
The recruitment process will consist of three phases: an interview with our Recruiter, a test assignment, and a technical interview with the Team Lead.
