We are seeking a Senior Technical Compliance Specialist to provide early-stage compliance guidance for new gaming products and technologies, conduct market analyses, evaluate regulatory requirements, and support product integration across multiple channels. This role will assess new regulations, advocate for necessary changes, manage compliance audits, and collaborate with regulatory bodies, security testing organizations, and internal teams to ensure adherence to industry standards while driving innovation. What You'll Do
Provide early-stage compliance guidance during the development of new products and technologies, including but not limited to online gaming platforms, aggregation technology, and games.
Conduct comprehensive new market analyses for new and existing products, encompassing:
Detailed review and clarification of regulatory requirements, effectively documenting this to product and development teams.
A thorough assessment of market entry complexity, evaluating the challenges of both initial entry and ongoing operations.
Lead regulatory evaluation and establish guidelines for the integration of products across multiple channels
Perform regulatory reviews and provide feedback regarding new regulations and revisions, ensuring our products and practices remain compliant.
Identify and advocate for necessary regulatory changes when current regulations do not align with current technology, inhibit innovation, or are overly complex.
Critically review and analyze proposed new market regulations, preparing detailed reports on their potential impacts and requirements.
Maintain positive and productive working relationships with ITLs/ATFs, security testing organizations, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate closely with product and development teams to produce comprehensive white papers that effectively describe the product or feature and any compliance questions for regulators.
Work closely with other teams within product compliance on regulatory research, product submissions, approvals, regulatory notifications, and processes.
Manage technical compliance audits as required by regulatory bodies
Manage the delivery of periodic reports required by regulatory bodies
Understand various change management and release notes processes required by regulatory bodies and provide documentation as needed to meet these requirements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent organization, communication (both verbal and written), and strong interpersonal skills.
5+ years of experience in technical product compliance in the gaming industry
1+ years of experience in US Gaming, iGaming, and betting regulations
Knowledge of Class II tribal gaming experience is a plus.
Ability to work as part of a team or independently as needed
Experience working with legal teams, technical teams, and external partners in the context of regulatory compliance

Pay Range
$97,736 - $181,511 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
