As a part of the Thundermark team, you will deliver designs in a high-scope product. You will work from concept through development and collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Create wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and UI assets along with required documentation;
Support high-level design in developing intuitive control schemes and UX flow;
Communicate all of your design choices to stakeholders and other departments, assist in the development of game mechanics;
Ensure that the UX Design meets the art direction of the project;
Prepare guidelines and feedbacks for the team;
Build and grow/maintain an effective team, fostering the teamwork culture;
Allocate UI/UX resources across multiple projects and delegate tasks to your team members.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
4+ years of interactive product design and game UI, including a strong portfolio with recent gaming examples;
Ability to create, manage and track work for a team of designers, strong background with the relevant tools;
Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
A refined taste in art, drawing fundamentals, understanding of basic composition principles;
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or other industry design and prototyping tools;
Work within tight timelines in an agile environment, rapidly iterate, test concepts and prototypes.
Would be a plus:
Solid gaming experience;
Prepare UI/UX guidelines & documentation;
Knowledge of UI assembling and work processes in Unity or Unreal Engine.
