Senior Unity Developer

A mobile game development studio creating casual and mid-core games for players worldwide. Our focus is on building innovative, engaging, and fun products that resonate with millions of players.

Currently, we are developing Match 3D project launched 1.5 years ago and now in an active growth phase. The team dedicated to this game includes 25+ people — among them, 4 Unity developers and a Team Lead/Tech Lead.

Our company unites 45 professionals from 11 countries, while maintaining a fully Russian-speaking production team. Each team works exclusively on a single product without switching between multiple projects.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop and implement new game features.

• Support and improve existing functionality and internal tools.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality across the team.

• Participate in estimation, planning, and technical discussions.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong proficiency in C# and Unity, with expertise in UI, animation, physics, and rendering systems more than 5 years.

• Experience with casual games about 3 years.

• Solid understanding of architectural approaches to game development.

• Experience with performance optimization (profiling, memory management, CPU/GPU tuning).

• Familiarity with third-party plugins, SDK integrations (Ads, Analytics, IAP), and cloud services.

• Russian speaking language
