We are looking for a Senior UA Manager (Google Ads) to scale further a fast-growing (50%+ MoM) VC-backed ($1.4M raised) startup — a web & mobile job-platform that helps job seekers around the world find remote work faster and more effectively with AI.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Launch and manage ad campaigns (web/mobile) in Google sources (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube);

Conduct research and keyword/targeting selection, compose advertisements, generate marketing texts, develop banners with a designer for PPC campaigns, and optimise them through A/B testing;
Track performance, KPIs, and budget compliance;
Analyse funnel metrics and suggest improvements;
Prepare insight-rich reports with clear recommendations;
Follow industry trends and adjust strategy;
Run and evaluate growth experiments.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

4+ years of experience in Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display, YouTube);

You worked with budgets $200k+/mo.;
Experience with subscription-based apps (Web2Web preferred, but Web2App also important; mobile/web);
Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and Google Ads auction mechanics;
Strong experience in analysing, optimising, and scaling campaigns;
Competitor research skills (Ad spy tools, keyword analysis, funnel deconstruction);
Solid knowledge of unit economics;
Data-driven mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Result-oriented, hard-working with high ambitions;
Highest level of ownership and autonomy - you identify and solve problems without guidance;
Upper-Intermediate+ English.
Will Be a Plus:
- Experience with Meta, TikTok, and other ad networks.
