About the Role

We’re looking for a well-rounded SEO Specialist with a strong technical foundation and a passion for content optimization to help scale the organic performance of our high-traffic iGaming websites.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both solving crawl and speed issues and crafting search-optimized content strategies. You’ll work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and writers to ensure best-in-class SEO across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO

• Conduct in-depth technical audits to resolve crawlability, indexation, and performance issues.

• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and site architecture.

• Implement structured data, schema, hreflang tags, canonical tags, sitemaps, and robots.txt.

• Collaborate with dev teams on fixes involving JS rendering, caching, and lazy loading.

• Monitor site health using Google Search Console, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog, and Lighthouse.

On-Site & Content SEO

• Optimize metadata, page titles, headers, alt text, and internal linking.

• Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.

• Work closely with writers to guide keyword targeting, on-page structure, and copy improvements.

• Implement schema and content enhancements for better SERP visibility and featured snippets.

• Analyze content performance with GA4, Looker Studio, and engagement metrics.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of SEO experience, ideally with exposure to both technical and content optimization.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.

• Experience working with CMS platforms (especially WordPress).

• Familiarity with SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Clearscope, SurferSEO, and GSC.

• Proven ability to improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings through both tech and content work.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Git, Google Tag Manager, server logs, or UX/CRO principles.
