At the Farcana company's subproject, we are creating innovative gaming solutions and looking for a creative and energetic SMM Manager to develop and implement advertising campaigns, as well as build partnerships aimed at promoting our GameDev channel on Telegram. If you are passionate about games and know how to attract audience attention, we want you on our team!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Developing and conducting advertising campaigns to promote the GameDev channel on Telegram, including partner interactions, paid advertising, and promotion through other gaming channels and bloggers.
Monitoring channel metrics (engagement, reach, subscriptions, unsubscriptions), analyzing data, and preparing reports with suggestions for improving the promotion strategy.
Collaborating with partners to organize joint contests, streams, and cross-promotions with other Telegram channels and bloggers.
Developing strategies to reach the target audience by connecting and configuring analytics and advertising campaigns for specific user segments (gamers, GameFi enthusiasts, investors).

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Experience playing various game genres, including shooters, for at least 4-5 years.
Experience in a similar role managing a GameDev community for at least 2 years.
Experience in digital marketing or social media promotion for at least 2 years.
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Analytics, Facebook Ads, Telegram Stats, etc.), advertising, and partnership development.
Ability to work in a team and build rapport with partners.
Passion for games and understanding of the GameDev industry.
Ability to communicate and build international communities.
Proficiency in English and Russian is mandatory!
Availability for full-time remote work on a schedule (GMT +4).
