We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the content roadmap for our amazing and remarkable Class II games portfolio, including Video Slots, Keno, Video Poker, Blackjack, Roulette, and our Winner’s World range. You’ll define the 12–18 month strategy, lead product development from concept to launch, and ensure our portfolio delivers best-in-class experiences.
This is a high-visibility role that partners with creative studios, commercial teams, and sales to build the future of our products and keep Aristocrat ahead in the gaming industry.
What You’ll Do
Own and deliver the Class II content roadmap
Guide product strategy, planning 12–24 months ahead
Partner with studios to develop elite games that meet strategic and market needs
Conduct market research to identify trends, player dynamics, and competitive opportunities
Work with sales, commercial, and insights teams to position products for success
Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable direction
Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and portfolio strategy
Lead product reviews, sales updates, and studio stand-ups
Build strong relationships across design, development, and customer teams
Travel domestically to stay close to market and player needs
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a comparable field (or equivalent work experience
5+ years in product management, ideally with slots or gaming experience
Knowledge of gaming math and jurisdictional requirements
Proven record to lead sophisticated product portfolios and challenging priorities
Communication skills, with the ability to explain vision to technical and non-technical teams
Highly organized, analytical, and diligent

$117,429 - $218,084 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
