System Administrator/Engineer

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Managing and maintaining Server hardware, Firmware upgrades, and Backup solutions

• Managing and maintaining MS Windows Servers, MS Azure AD

• Monitor applications and servers using internally and commercially developed software and procedures. Ensure failover capabilities in the case of outages

• Maintain a system of 24/7 on-call support for applications and servers. Participate in on-call rotation

• Install, upgrade, and document new IT systems architecture, servers, and systems

• Assist Technical Support with escalated issues 

• Reporting to IT Manager

• Other duties as assigner

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and/or experience

• Experience in analyzing, designing, configuring, and troubleshooting operation systems

• MS Azure AD, hybrid AD experience

• MacOS knowledge, experience

• ManageEngine products knowledge, experience

• OKTA system knowledge

• JAMF system knowledge

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in managing Microsoft Windows Server system installations

• Experience in various server hardware platforms
