For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• You work on strategic topics for the QA department together with the other team leads

• You set realistic long-term goals for your team and get involved in reaching these goals

• You identify the need of trainings required for your team

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in either game development or enterprise software QA 

• You gained first leadership experience

• You know how to work with the bug tracking software Jira and the test management tool TestRail

What is important for us in a person?

• You know how to handle complex tasks without losing your cool

• You keep a cool head and can easily adjust to changing situations and modify existing processes
