For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Define the vision and growth strategy for User Acquisition, including advertising channels, attribution, retargeting, fraud prevention, and more
Make key decisions about UA development to drive growth and maximize results
Oversee the development of user acquisition and analytics algorithms in key channels while making sure they are relevant, efficient, and properly utilized
Assess the potential of advertising channels based on our business goals
Develop success criteria and evaluate performance to ensure that the results of user acquisition are transparent and correspond to the approved KPI
Make sure all user acquisition activities either comply with established procurement algorithms or are tested with an approved, clear, and achievable goal in mind
Prioritize tasks for small teams working on different channels and UA components
Work autonomously with data—launch ad campaigns, then analyze and interpret their results
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong analytical mindset and experience working with marketing analytics tools
Flexibility and critical thinking
Leadership qualities and a proactive approach
Basic managerial skills
Upper intermediate English fluency so you can communicate effectively with our partners
Would be nice:
Experience working on casual games with various monetization models at all stages of development (in development/mature)
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
