UI/UX Expert

We are CM Games, an independent game developer. The company was founded in 2010 and is based in Tallinn. Our mission is to create experiences that are loved forever.

We are looking for a UI/UX Expert to be part of Nitro Nation Drag & Drift, our flagship mobile racing game with an audience of over 10 million players. The game features racing, drifting, tournaments, tuning, and collecting cars, with over 200 vehicles from leading international car brands.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• designing and prototyping user-friendly and functional game interfaces;

• creating graphics, drawing interface elements, icons, and objects;

• auditing and streamlining of existing interfaces;

• developing UI/UX Kit.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years experience as a UI/UX Artist;

• 4+ years of experience in the mobile games industry;

• participating in the launch of at least one Unity project with a team of 5-12 people;

• understanding of UX logic: game structure, user stories, monetization;

• medium/high 2D skills (proficiency in Photoshop or similar);

• medium/high UI Prototype skills (proficiency in Figma or similar);

• creative thinking, and the ability to find the best way to address production issues.

What is important for us in a person?

• ability to build effective communication with specialists in related fields (artists, developers, game designers);

• experience with outsourcing;

• proficiency in Unity layout;

• interest in racing/cars; 

• B2 level of English.
