Unity Developer

Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and at the same time the team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. The games we publish are developed by internal teams and external studios as well as from the publishing program. We work remotely, having an office in Bydgoszcz. 

As a Unity Developer, you'll stand at the heart of producing midcore mobile games! The reliable code that you create will expand games with new features that will positively affect user experience.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Cooperating with the Team and external developers,

• Developing gameplay systems, UI elements in Unity Engine,

• Creating high-quality source code in C#, including optimization for mobile platforms,

• Transforming design specifications into functional game assets,

• Establishing an effective strategy and development pipeline,

• Identifying process and application bottlenecks and implementing solutions in a timely manner.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3-5 years experience with Unity Development,

• C# object-oriented programming and scripting language skills,

• Understanding UX design process and experience in working with UX design team and development team,

• Mobile development experience (Android, iOS) with at least 1 shipped title,

• Ability to work with technical documentation;

• Good verbal and written communication skills (English at least on a B2 level),

• Passion for videogames and extensive knowledge of different game genres across all platforms,

• Nice to have: previous experience with Firebase, Nakama, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
