For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Oligate is seeking an experienced/senior-level User Acquisition Associate to manage user acquisition activities for a portfolio of mobile games and apps. Reporting to one of our Lead of Operation Managers, you will use your expertise and creativity to transform great prototypes into global hits.

  • Strategically manage UA campaigns to efficiently test the potential of various game prototypes.

  • Keep abreast of trending creatives, guide designers, and leverage UA results.

  • Plan and manage UA campaigns for multiple games and/or apps.

  • Design and execute A/B tests, and monitor KPIs based on monetization

  • Analyze campaign performance, identify key performance indicators, and enhance the Return On Advertising Spend (ROAS) for our games and apps.

  • Collaborate closely with our Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and exchange feedback.

  • Utilize our array of internal growth tools and work with our Tech team to continuously enhance them.

  • Expand your UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to maintain our organization's leading edge in growth innovation.

  • Spearhead cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members.


Oligate is looking for a User Acquisition Associate with 1-3 years of experience to contribute to user acquisition activities for a variety of mobile games and apps. Reporting to a Lead of Operation Managers, you will apply your skills to help grow our games from promising prototypes to global successes.

  • Assist in managing UA campaigns to evaluate the potential of different game prototypes.

  • Monitor current creative trends and work with designers to optimize UA results.

  • Support the planning and execution of UA campaigns for multiple games or apps.

  • Assist in A/B tests design and KPI monitoring related to monetization.

  • Help analyze campaign performance, pinpoint key metrics, and work towards improving ROAS for our games and apps.

  • Coordinate with Product and Creative teams to align goals and share feedback.

  • Utilize internal growth tools and collaborate with the Tech team for continuous improvement.

  • Learn and share UA best practices within the team.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in UA campaigns, preferably for casual games.

  • Familiarity with paid acquisition strategies and basic budget management.

  • Some experience in achieving positive ROAS for mobile games and/or apps.

  • Familiar with UA platforms like Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, etc., and MMPs like Appsflyer and Adjust.

  • Basic understanding of experimentation methodologies.

  • Exposure to influencer marketing and ASO is a plus.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Eager to work in a candid, autonomous, and responsibility-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated and task-oriented.
