We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Senior/Lead User Acquisition Manager(remote) position.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
As the senior-level specialist, you will be responsible for networks promoting ZiMAD’s titles to a global audience through paid channels.
Your exceptional ability to derive meaningful insights from data, combined with your technical and marketing expertise, will form the foundation for developing and executing our user acquisition strategy.
Your experience managing campaigns and teams will enable you to foster high-performance and effective work within the UA group.
Additionally, your strategic vision and business acumen will be crucial in managing decent-sized user acquisition budgets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and take ownership of the user acquisition network strategy for ZiMAD’s casual game portfolio.
Lead and guide multiple user acquisition teams globally to achieve outstanding results and operational excellence.
Ensure ZiMAD’s user acquisition practices incorporate cutting-edge approaches and technologies, such as business intelligence solutions, lifetime value prediction models, programmatic buying algorithms, UA automation, and emerging trends.
Foster internal solid communication channels to drive exceptional performance and synergy between Creative, App Store Optimization (ASO), Analytics, and Engineering teams.
Act as contact and an expert in user acquisition for the Product Teams.
Manage relationships with key user acquisition partners to secure the best outcomes and competitive advantages for ZiMAD.
Cultivate a growth-oriented, data-driven mindset among the user acquisition teams while fostering a friendly and collaborative work environment.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in user acquisition within the mobile gaming industry, encompassing channels beyond Facebook or Google Ads.
Demonstrable track record of revenue growth through user acquisition and successful management of decent-sized budgets.
Proven ability to build and lead teams and establish efficient processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience implementing creative testing strategies at a high velocity with excellent key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong plus: experience in the casual games genre and with ads monetization model.
Must-haves: positive attitude, passion for games, and problem-solving skills.
