We are looking for a YouTube Producer to join our team!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Own content production from concept to release;

• Build and maintain a content calendar;

• Source topics, trends, and guests;

• Manage shoots, team coordination, timelines, and deliverables;

• Oversee editing, thumbnails, metadata, and SEO;

• Analyze performance and adjust strategy accordingly;

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and community teams.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1–2+ years of experience as a YouTube producer or content manager;

• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms (SEO, CTR, retention, monetization);

• Experience managing full production cycle: concept, scripting, filming, editing, publishing;

• Ability to coordinate teams (scriptwriters, editors, designers);

• Skilled in content planning and analytics via YouTube Studio.
