What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven experience as an Art Lead or similar role in the gaming industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of art styles and high-quality work.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of mobile game development process and the role of art within it.
Proficiency in Blender.
Knowledge of unlit and PBR texturing and the ability to create them in Substance 3D Painter.
Knowledge of character customization systems: morphs, ID texture maps.
Experience in full-cycle development of props and characters (from blocking to game model).
Experience working with Unity (baking, simple materials).
Ability to decompose tasks and plan work.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Passion for creativity and innovation in digital art.
