You can work in Kyiv or Dnipro office, or remotely.

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will own customer acquisition campaigns across Facebook/ Google Ads. 

What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Optimize campaigns as well as analyze results to help us determine how and where budget should be allocated

• Hit monthly budget and ROI goals

• Partner closely with our analytics team to determine appropriate acquisition costs and KPIs for each market based on LTV, conversion rate, and other variables

• Work closely with other teams to share learnings from paid marketing and apply learnings from other teams to campaigns within your channels

• Manage marketing creative requests by working closely with a creative team

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1+ years on Facebook/ Google Ads UA manager position, experience in gaming will be a plus

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Organized and detail-oriented with solid budgeting and day-to-day management abilities

• Ability to analyze varieties of data and identifying marketing trends

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English

• Understanding of general media planning, analysis, and campaign management

• Interest in games and interactive entertainment industry preferred

• At least Upper-intermediate level of English
