Lead Game Designer/Game Producer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Designer/Game Producer to join our team on a permanent basis. Our primary focus is on developing immersive product presentations and experiences for various brands on the metaverse platform. In the long term, there is a plan to create a custom metaverse platform. While the majority of the team will work on a freelance basis for individual projects depending on the number of brands involved at a specific time, this particular role is a permanent position. Experience with Unreal Engine is essential for this role.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

● Collaborate closely with clients to identify their needs and goals, ensuring the project aligns with their brand and vision.
● Design metaverse environments and user-interaction mechanics that effectively represent client brands.
● Iterate on designs based on client feedback, and employ data analytics to evaluate the success of implemented features and overall user engagement.
● Work closely with a cross-functional team to meet project timelines and maintain quality standards throughout the development process.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

● Proven experience working with Unreal Engine, experience with 3D modeling tools, such as Blender or 3ds Max will be a plus.
● Deep understanding of game design principles and mechanics, with a focus on creating engaging and immersive metaverse experiences.
● Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
● Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
● A compelling portfolio showcasing experience in creating metaverse environments, games, or interactive media for web or desktop platforms.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
