Marketing Director

We are a game development studio with distributed teams in Canada, China, France, and more. Since 2011, our multicultural team has been developing and operating games for the global market. Established and led by game industry veterans, we are currently working on the highly anticipated sci-fi MMO strategy game Infinite Fleet.

THE PROJECT: INFINITE FLEET

Infinite Fleet is an ambitious MMO strategy game. It is set in space in the near future, where humanity has expanded and established several colonies across nearby star systems. But a ferocious alien race - the Atrox - has been decimating the human race. As a player, you will be assigned the command of a fleet of next-generation spaceships that will help to turn the tide.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Infinite Fleet

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Design and drive the marketing strategy for our products globally

• Plan and execute regional marketing activities with your internal team or local partners: sourcing, briefing, and managing local agencies

• Build, and develop a team of highly efficient marketing professionals and inspire them to drive results

• Work with influencers and publications to expand our reach

• Provide insights from our analytics and ensure we are utilizing our data to the highest degree

• Develop and manage marketing budgets

• Ensure that all our marketing content is produced to an uncompromising level of quality

• Foster synergy and collaborate across departments to ensure that everybody is aligned with marketing goals

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a significant experience in the gaming industry

• You have some experience in and knowledge of the financial sector, particularly cryptocurrency

• Demonstrated deep marketing & analysis skills with an ability to provide a clear understanding of business drivers

• Widely connected in the games industry with key PR and media contacts. Connections in Bitcoin and financial outlets are a strong plus

What is important for us in a person?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are fluent in English. You can explain and deliver accurate information. Additional languages are a strong plus

• Excellent cross-team collaboration, with a demonstrated ability to work across departments and different levels of seniority to get things done. You have a relentless bar for quality

• You have no problem working outside the usual 9-to-6 hours, and in a remote setting
