What are you working on?

Team size and structure?
Approx. 20 ppl. Structure: Product Owner, Producer and the rest of the team (artists, programmers, testers, designers etc.)
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Working closely with Game Designers to create and develop outstanding UI and UX,
Transferring UI/UX ideas into high-quality visual assets,
Sketching, iterating, and creating 2D game art,
Preparing mockups,
Optimizing created assets,
Implementation and optimization of user-friendly graphics, icons, and buttons to help players understand complex games or game features
Researching inspirations and references.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
An updated portfolio with UI elements,
Strong design, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities,
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.),
Understanding the limitations of information display and interactivity of today's mobile devices,
Experience in creating User Interface for Games or Websites (a must-have),
Knowledge of the Unity engine will be a very strong plus,
Basic coding skills to create UI in the game engine will be a huge plus,
Having a desire to learn new technology,
Fluency in English (at least B2).

The selection process
Usually 2 interviews. One with Talent Acquisition Partner, and one with our technical team. Sometimes some tests are involved in the process. Usually up to 2 weeks for a response after every stage of the recruitment process.
