Values Value, an expert in game development recruitment, is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to strengthen the team of our client, a company founded by veterans of the gaming industry. A company specializes in player acquisition through a platform that rewards installations and events in mobile games.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Traffic acquisition: Plan, set up, and launch new campaigns in advertising platforms. 
- Analyze traffic acquisition and optimize campaigns to achieve goals and ROI. 
- Identify, integrate, and evaluate new mobile partners for user acquisition (UA). 
- Collaborate with the creative team to analyze and create creatives, and generate new ideas to improve conversion rates (CR). 
- Test new networks and prepare them for launch. 
- Reporting: Maintain reports on traffic acquisition, ROI, and operations 
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Previous experience in UA for at least 2 years (mandatory). 
- Advanced or upper-intermediate level of English (mandatory). 
- Previous experience with mobile games or mobile applications. 
- Analytical mindset. 
Preferred Experience:
- Experience managing worldwide traffic acquisition with five-figure budgets and above. 
- Extensive hands-on experience in user acquisition through Google, TikTok, and Meta. 
- Experience in traffic acquisition for mobile games.
