На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Work with game balance and economy

• Generate new features and describe their structure

• Develop game design documentation

• Analyze gameplay, player feedback, and player behavior

• Work with statistics and analytics

• Work with metrics in collaboration with an analyst

• Analyze competitors’ products

• Collaborate with the development team

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 3+ years of experience in the game industry (experience as a Lead / Senior Game Designer with a high level of decision-making freedom and influence on the product)

• Experience working on mobile F2P mid-core games in the Battler, CCG, and RPG genres

• Experience with monetization and balance, building mathematical models, strong knowledge of mathematics and probability theory

• Understanding of monetization and the mobile F2P mid-core game market

• Experience in live operations and development of F2P games

• Extensive and diverse gaming experience, understanding of the mid-core Battler, CCG, and RPG audience, its current state and trends

• Experience working with analytics and statistics

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Google Spreadsheets

• Understanding of player psychology

• Ability to clearly express ideas in written form and create documentation

• Ability to formulate and communicate a game design vision within the project

• Experience working on a successful project

• English proficiency at least at an Intermediate level

What is nice to have?

• Experience with Unity3D Engine

• Understanding and experience in marketing

• Understanding and experience in UX
