Apply analytical and statistical programming as well as visualization tools to drive the end-to-end analytical process (includes Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Portfolio Analytics, Product Analytics, Collections Analytics).
Formulate requirements, acquire data, identify analytical methods, create and validate models, and develop actionable recommendations.
Conduct descriptive statistical analysis to uncover data insights based on customer engagement, browsing and purchase patterns, and customer behavior trends.
Build, develop, and maintain models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support business decisions.
Effective management of frequency of feedback loop with offshore resources.
Какого профессионала ищем?
8 to 10 years’ experience in leading analytics teams and conceptualizing and delivering analytical solutions spanning various functional areas.
Experience working with C-level executives.
Possess good leadership skills, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams.
Experience working with and managing global teams.
Quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math, economics, business or related disciplines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
Prior consulting experience a plus.
