На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Lead the creative vision for projects, providing direction and feedback to the team

• Manage project timelines, estimates, budgets, and ensure quality control

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design teams

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations

• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support

Какого профессионала ищем?

Whom are we seeking:

• 3+ years work experience in commercial projects

• Experience in leading teams of Artists and Animators

• Experience in running several projects/teams in parallel (usually 4 to 6 simultaneously)

• Experience in working with international clients and communication (e-mail/calls) with them

• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English

• Experience with online casino/gaming

• Fast learner, self-motivation, strong verbal and written communication skill

• Link to the portfolio is a must

Would be a PLUS:

• Understanding of basic principles of animation and minimal experience in usage Spine
