На какие задачи (обязанности)?
- Lead the creative vision for projects, providing direction and feedback to the team 
- Manage project timelines, estimates, budgets, and ensure quality control 
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design teams 
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations 
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support

Какого профессионала ищем?
Whom are we seeking:
- 3+ years work experience in commercial projects 
- Experience in leading teams of Artists and Animators 
- Experience in running several projects/teams in parallel (usually 4 to 6 simultaneously) 
- Experience in working with international clients and communication (e-mail/calls) with them 
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English 
- Experience with online casino/gaming 
- Fast learner, self-motivation, strong verbal and written communication skill 
- Link to the portfolio is a must 
Would be a PLUS:
- Understanding of basic principles of animation and minimal experience in usage Spine
