2D Artist (InGame Marketing)

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 250+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Design PR and Marketing Assets: from composition sketching to final ASO and Feature Graphics, gameplay screenshots, and create banners for platforms like PlayStation and Xbox;

• Overpainting and Post-processing: refining game renders, emphasizing characters and in-game locations;

• Photo Retouching: display proficiency in adjusting photos, especially facial expressions and and body movement to align with the game's narrative;

• Photobashing: Effectively combine multiple renders to achieve cohesive and desired in-game scenes;

• Participation in the creation of ideas and concepts for marketing arts, in-game trailers and teaser and creatives;

• Adapt and enhance graphics for compatibility across various platforms, devices, and social networks, maintaining quality and consistency.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Experience as a concept artist in marketing or design for at least 2 years.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other 2D graphic design tools.

• Ability to create high-quality concept arts and illustrations.

• Skills in producing high-quality graphic images in a realistic setting.

• Knowledge of composition principles, color harmony, and typography.

• Understanding of contemporary graphic design styles and trends.

Advantageous:

• Experience with the Unreal Engine (setting up framing and lighting, rendering).

• Experience in post-processing promo renders and creating sketches for promotional materials in game development.

• An appreciation for realistic settings.

• A passion for football.
