We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist - an expert who will help build a personalized gaming experience for millions of users through modern ML solutions, segmentation strategies, and innovative recommendation systems.

Main Goal of the Role:

Design and implement models that better understand player behavior, optimize personalization and monetization, and support scalable hypotheses that directly impact product LTV.

• Develop and maintain user segmentation models for targeted marketing and personalization.

• Build and implement a recommendation system optimized for cross-promotion.

• Analyze large-scale gaming datasets to identify behavioral patterns, preferences, and churn risks.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in gamedev is a must.

• Proven experience in user segmentation and recommendation algorithms development.

• Strong SQL skills (experience with Amazon Redshift is a plus).

• Solid knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.).

• Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into practical business solutions.
