Your tasks and duties:

• Lead agile development process within given project teams

• Work on constant process improvement together with the teams

• Build project plan and agree on project milestones with stakeholders

• Work together with Technical Leads to get all need resources and ensure high quality of the products

• Keep clear and effective communication internally and externally

• Build and develop winning teams

• Run the daily activities in the teams

• Link Development/company strategy to teams

• Nurturing team and individual growth (develop, retain, do succession planning)

• Recruiting and staffing

Whom are we seeking:

• 2+ years of experience in the same position

• Practical and theoretical knowledge of project management/risks, management/change management

• Strong understanding of and applied experience with Agile development principles

• Experience in building/optimizing production processes

• Experience in working with international clients and communication (e-mail/calls) with them

• Experience in team recruitment and mentoring

• Experience in running several projects/teams in parallel

• Advanced level of English is a must

• Ability to manage, motivate and work with a team under pressure

• Analytical skills, ability to multitask, attentiveness to details, and high level of self-organization

• Proactive life attitude and excellent communication skills

• Experience with gambling projects
