Your tasks and duties:
Lead agile development process within given project teams
Work on constant process improvement together with the teams
Build project plan and agree on project milestones with stakeholders
Work together with Technical Leads to get all need resources and ensure high quality of the products
Keep clear and effective communication internally and externally
Build and develop winning teams
Run the daily activities in the teams
Link Development/company strategy to teams
Nurturing team and individual growth (develop, retain, do succession planning)
Recruiting and staffing
Whom are we seeking:
2+ years of experience in the same position
Practical and theoretical knowledge of project management/risks, management/change management
Strong understanding of and applied experience with Agile development principles
Experience in building/optimizing production processes
Experience in working with international clients and communication (e-mail/calls) with them
Experience in team recruitment and mentoring
Experience in running several projects/teams in parallel
Advanced level of English is a must
Ability to manage, motivate and work with a team under pressure
Analytical skills, ability to multitasking, attentiveness to details, and high level of self-organization
Proactive life attitude and excellent communication skills
Experience with gambling projects — is a BIG plus
