На які завдання (обов'язки)?

— Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Tech, Art, Product, QA) in a fast-paced iGaming startup environment;
—  Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables in close alignment with business goals;
—  Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, daily) and ensure team alignment;

— Drive ownership and accountability across all project stages, with a strong ability to work independently.
—  Act as a key communication bridge across international teams;
—  Identify and resolve blockers, ensuring smooth project execution;

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

— 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager;

— Experience in the iGaming industry;

— Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives);

— Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
— Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
— Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence;

— English level C1+ must.
