For which tasks (responsibilities)?
β Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Tech, Art, Product, QA) in a fast-paced iGaming startup environment;
β Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables in close alignment with business goals;
β Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, daily) and ensure team alignment;
β Drive ownership and accountability across all project stages, with a strong ability to work independently.
β Act as a key communication bridge across international teams;
β Identify and resolve blockers, ensuring smooth project execution;

What kind of professional are we looking for?
β 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
β Experience in the iGaming industry;
β Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives);
β Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
β Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
β Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence;
β English level C1+ must.
