Mid-level QA Game Tester (2+ years exp)

Xoilium is developing a new Play-To-Earn game called Rebel Bots- Xoil Wars, it is a cross platform card battle game, players will be able to play, progress,and earn in a single player or multiplayer sci-fi themed game taking place in outer space. Our Vision is to create a leading game franchise within the blockchain games space by building the Rebel Bots brand with several gaming titles. Players will be able to use the characters they own in all games within the Rebel Bots Universe. Among our goals is to create a truly social gameplay which enables players to join forces with other players and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform the full test cycle of the desktop and mobile versions of game application until customer acceptance
Smoke testing, sanity testing, exploratory testing, functional testing, system testing, regression testing)

Define possible project risks and ground them
Testing all levels and aspects of a game-- from design, text, sound and animation
Estimation of testing tasks

Requirements gathering, analysis, and clarification
Bugs/Defect reporting, monitoring

Day-to-day communication with the stakeholders (Game Designers, Customer’s Test Team)

Reporting test statuses on the daily basis 
Checking for localization problems as the game is being developed for overseas markets

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years (for middle) experience in game testing Experience in Test Rail or similar test management tool;

Understanding of games testing principles

Experience in Agile methodologies
Experience in task estimation

Experience with requirements analysis and testing
Experience in Swagger or Postman;
Experience in Jira or similar tracking tool

At least Intermediate level of English, well-developed communication and writing skills

Experience in blockchain technology is a big plus

Experience in Jenkins Experience in TestFlight Experience in Spine, Unity or other android emulator
