Senior Retention Manager

We’re a fast-growing startup in the iGaming space with big ambitions and exciting plans ahead. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who move quickly and think boldly — and right now, we’re building a next-level affiliate program from scratch.

We’re looking for a Retention Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of retention strategies across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in building and executing high-impact campaigns that drive user engagement and loyalty. From planning to performance analysis, you’ll be the brain behind keeping our players coming back for more.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Design and implement multi-channel retention campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and direct communication.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to meet retention and engagement targets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retention efforts with broader marketing and product goals.

• Leverage data and insights to fine-tune campaign messaging, timing, and targeting.

• Continuously test new ideas to improve customer lifecycle performance and reduce churn.
