For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Assist in developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through outreach, networking, and research.

  • Support existing affiliate partners by providing timely communication, troubleshooting issues, and offering optimization suggestions.

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, such as clicks, conversions, and revenue, to identify areas for improvement.

  • Assist in negotiating and managing affiliate agreements and commission structures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign launches, promotions, and incentive programs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting affiliate marketing.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to management on affiliate program performance.

  • Support the planning and execution of affiliate marketing events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.

  • Understanding of affiliate marketing principles and strategies.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools is a plus.
